Due to the construction related to the relocation of Route 44 and the temporary closure of Exit #7, we recommend that you use either Exit #6 or Exit #8 from Route 3 to reach our Plymouth office.

Directions from the South & Cape Area

Route 3 North to Exit #6. Turn left on Route 44 and go west about 1.5 miles. Turn right on Route 80, and another right onto Commerce Way, which turns into Industrial Park Road. Our address is #40 Industrial Park Road, in the same building as the RMV. Parking is in the rear.

Directions from the North

Route 3 South to Exit #8. Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp. Stay on Independence Mall Way, and go past the mall. The road becomes Nick's Rock Road. At the bottom of the hill, turn right into the Industrial Park, just before the stoplight. Our address is #40 Industrial Park Road, in the same building as the RMV. Parking is in the rear of the building.

Directions from the West

Take Route 44 East towards Plymouth. Turn left on Route 80 (West Plymouth Square is on your left). Follow Route 80 for 1/2 mile, and then turn right onto Commerce Way, which turns into Industrial Park Road. Our address is #40 Industrial Park Road, in the same building as the RMV. Parking is in the rear.

Directions from Falmouth Area

Follow Route 28 to Mashpee rotary. Go towards Hyannis, and follow for 1.5 miles. Post & O'Connor Eye Centers is in Shellback Place, on the left side after Optimum Care Nursing Home, at 133 Falmouth Road.

Directions from Wareham/Bourne Area

Go over Bourne Bridge and around Otis rotary continuing on Route 28 towards Falmouth. Take Route 151 Exit. At end of ramp go towards the right. Follow Route 151 for several miles. At Mashpee rotary go 3/4 around rotary and continue on Route 28 (Falmouth Road) for 1.5 miles. Post & O'Connor Eye Centers is in Shellback Place, on the left side after Optimum Care Nursing Home, at 133 Falmouth Road.

Directions from Outer Cape Area

Route 6 West to Exit #5. Bear left at the end of the ramp and follow Route 149 south about 4 miles. Route 149 ends at Route 28. Turn right onto Route 28, and go about 3 miles to 133 Falmouth Rd. We are on the right side in Shellback Place, just past Bosun's Marine.

Directions from Hyannis Area

Route 6 East to Exit 9B. At the end of the ramp turn right, heading North on Route 134. Continue 3/4 of a mile to Airline Road, and turn right. Go 1/4 mile and turn right into the Dennis Medical Arts Building (76 Airline Road). Post & O'Connor Eye Centers is in the front of the building.

Directions from Orleans Area

Route 6 West to Exit 9B. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Route 134 North. Follow directions from Hyannis at this point.
